UniLaSalle students have fallen in love with Fleury Michon.
After more than 6 years of collaboration, the school and the company have signed a partnership. The objective is to co-construct courses to accelerate the professionalization of students and facilitate their employability.

Agribusiness engineering executives trained to meet the challenges of sustainable development and a sustainable, balanced diet.


Since 2016, Fleury Michon, a family-owned, Vendée-based, mid-sized company, has been working with the UniLaSalle engineering and veterinary school. This school is recognized for its teaching on the challenges of sustainable development and health through food*. UniLaSalle's future engineers will be able to contribute to Fleury Michon's ambition to help people eat better every day.

Crossing and nurturing expertise


The Fleury Michon company, which has always been involved in agronomy, also wishes to share its know-how with UniLaSalle's engineering students by offering internships (8 interns in 2022) which may lead to recruitment. To date, 10 UniLaSalle alumni are working for Fleury Michon on fixed-term or permanent contracts, 7 of whom were hired following their internships.  The school is also involved in welcoming the company at all its professional events and in the ongoing training of the group's employees. The idea is to cross-fertilize expertise at all levels, from biology to industrial technology, thanks to the multidisciplinary nature of the two structures.

Fleury Michon, the favorite company of UniLaSalle students


At the last AgoraJob 2021** professional forum, the student-engineers evaluated Fleury Michon as their "favourite company". One more reason to continue the commitment between the school and the company. The Vendée-based company wants to become the benchmark in the food industry for welcoming, training and developing the careers of new recruits. This ambition is illustrated by the new slogan of its employer brand "Come and grow Fleury Michon".
