Following the announcement of a curfew on Thursday, January 14, 2021, new provisions are applicable on all UniLaSalle campuses as of Saturday, January 15 and for a minimum period of 2 weeks.
Curfew between 6pm and 6am
For all your travels before 6:00 am and after 6:00 pm, if they are related to a trip for your training (going to class, exam, visit), you will have to download the certificate from the Ministry of the Interior, choosing "business trip, education and training" as the reason.
Here are the supporting documents that you can present in the event of a control by the authorities:
- Your student card ;
- Your schedule (downloadable on your phone);
- Proof of residence proving that you are returning or leaving your home.
The school will not produce any certificates or invitations to courses and exams for students.
As of January 25, face-to-face tutorials will be possible for first-year students, up to 50% of the capacity of the classrooms.
Practical work as well as mid-term exams will take place on site.
Lectures will continue to be given at a distance.
Academic spaces and support functions
The academic spaces will remain open. We remind you that the wearing of masks is mandatory for everyone on all of our campuses, both indoors and outdoors.
The documentation centers on our campuses remain open, by appointment only. The document loan service remains available by appointment only.
The support functions remain open throughout the period of confinement.
Access to UniLaSalle's research platforms and laboratories remains open to staff and PhD students.
Students currently on internship can go to their internship location and will comply with the provisions implemented by the company.
University restaurants, whether located directly on campus or off campus, offer take-out food service. Dining rooms are closed at this time.
Due to the 6:00 p.m. curfew, the evening lunch baskets are now distributed at noon.
The UniLaSalle student residences remain open, always in strict compliance with sanitary procedures (wearing a mask, physical distance). It is requested that social interactions be kept to a minimum (no gatherings or mixing, favouring the same "small group").
