Lundi 08 novembre 2021

On Thursday, January 18, 2018, UniLaSalle launched the Auton'Al 60 project with the Conférence des financeurs de l'Oise, a health prevention program dedicated to seniors in the Oise region over the age of 60. On Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., in the School Farm, the project leaders will review the results of these three years and the traveling campaign that took place last June in the department. More than a hundred people participated in these prevention workshops to fight against the loss of autonomy and more than twice as many were reached by the travelling campaign.

Scientific personalities from the region to take stock

The meaning of the project is reinforced by the scientific guarantee provided by the UniLaSalle Nutrition, Food and Human Health Activity Centre (PANASH). The school's nutrition and health food experts will give a quantified assessment of the initiative conducted over the last 3 years. Health professionals will be at their side to complement the satisfactory results of the project.
A plenary session with Professor Jean-Daniel Lalau, Head of the Endocrinology-Diabetology-Nutrition Department at the Amiens University Hospital, will begin this afternoon on the theme: "Aging well on the plate". We will also note the participation of Dr. Loumi, geriatrician in Beauvais, in the round table that will follow.

A round table animated by a journalist specialized in health issues

In the second half of the afternoon, the project leaders are organizing a round table discussion on "The place of the actors of good aging: challenges and opportunities", with the journalist Céline Schmidt, host of the web radio station "Patients together". She will give the floor to François Guillon, president of the Alim50+ association, Paul Trochon, director of Saveurs et vie, Anne Guenand, teacher-researcher in social innovation and founder of BIP POP, Dr. Loumi, geriatrician in Beauvais and Philippe Pouillart, teacher-researcher representing the Health College at UniLaSalle.

In the meantime, stands will allow participants to revisit the workshops conducted as part of this project.

A cocktail will be the setting for the last exchanges!
