Crous on the Mont-Saint-Aignan campus🛏️

To qualify for a scholarship based on social criteria, you must first complete your DSE (dossier social étudiant) and send it to the Crous (center régional des œuvres universitaires et scolaires) between March 30 and May 31, 2023. The organization will then process your application.

After July 12, housing not allocated to scholarship holders will be accessible to all students.

Where do our students live?

Rouen, France's 3rd best city to live in!
Rouen

Yes, the city of a hundred steeples has been named France's 3rd best place to live and work in 2022 (Etude Meilleur Taux). Living in Rouen also means being close to the sea (45') and to the capital (1h15').

So you can easily find accommodation on the Mont-Saint-Aignan campus or in Rouen city center via the more conventional routes.

In Rouen, the average cost of student accommodation is €500/month (the French average according to LocServices is €613/month). This is only an average, as rooms in residences start at 250€. Accommodation is also less expensive in Mont-Saint-Aignan than in Rouen city center.

The 3 most popular neighborhoods for our students

Rouen city center

Around the train station, Place du Vieux Marché or Hôtel de Ville, many of our students settle in the city center! Thanks to the F2 or T1 (public transport network), they can reach the campus in just 10 to 20 minutes!

And don't worry, there are still plenty of buses available for school bar nights! Students can also take full advantage of Rouen's lively scene: cafés, bars, stores, the banks of the Seine...

Mont-Saint-Aignan campus

Whether it's in the Crous residences located 10-15 minutes from the UniLaSalle campus, Studapart accommodation, or in the many shared flats in the surrounding area, many students choose to live close to the school.

The town is very quiet, with university buildings, a few food and shopping outlets, and residences.

The Docks 76 / Lucilline district

Located between the city center and the Mont-Saint-Aignan campus, the Luciline district is on the banks of the Seine.  Several Studapart residences are nearby, with many UniLaSalle students in particular.

Les Docks 76 is a large shopping center with a cinema, gym and numerous stores and restaurants.

In a survey of some 50 students, we discovered that in 2023, 60% of them would be living in Rouen, and 40% in Mont-Saint-Aignan.

Why Rouen?

For student life, activities, proximity to the train station, shops and so on. It's also very well connected, very pretty and practical, and there's a wide range of housing options.

Why Mont-Saint-Aignan?

For its proximity to the school - students often come on foot. Also for the green spaces and peace and quiet. There are also plenty of shared apartments available.
