More than 160 student associations bring our four campuses to life!

Build strong bonds with your classmates, indulge your passion, play your favorite sport, gain solid experience in project management... There are lots of good reasons to get involved in school life!

That's perfect, because at UniLaSalle, the “6 p.m. to 8 a.m.” program is one of the pillars of our educational project. Here, nearly one in two students has a role to play in the school's community life, and more than 160 clubs and societies are active on our four campuses.

In addition to promoting your personal development through activities you enjoy, getting involved in clubs and societies is a great learning experience that will help you develop real management skills and self-confidence.

A service to support your projects

The importance placed on student life has led UniLaSalle to set up a service entirely dedicated to supporting students: the Department of Educational Mission and Student Life.

The DMVE works with the student offices on the various campuses to encourage your involvement in community, cultural, and sporting activities.

By supporting the many associations on campus, helping them to carry out their projects, promoting their activities, and providing financial support, the DMVE team contributes to a dynamic community life where you will find opportunities to get involved and excel.

The common goal of all those involved in the Lasallian educational project is to enable each student to succeed in their studies and be able to participate in the development of society. This requires strong commitment, the ability and motivation to reach out to others.

This is the whole meaning of the Service and Solidarity Commitments (ESS), for which the DMVE is the reference department.

  • The service commitment applies to all students in their first to fourth years, with a minimum number of hours to be completed within the institute and on campus to help organize or facilitate school life.
  • The solidarity commitment involves meeting people in need. Each student experiences this at least once during their studies, by getting involved with a campus association, the Lasallian network, or any off-campus association working in the field of solidarity.

When you arrive at UniLaSalle, you will discover a team at the DMVE that is entirely dedicated to you.

  • To help you find your feet and facilitate your integration into the Institute;
  • To offer you a confidential listening ear;
  • To guide you in your choices and commitments, both on a personal level and in your studies.

DMVE members are in constant contact with the program directors and the international office to welcome and assist international students with administrative procedures. They also offer support tailored to each student with disabilities. They coordinate prevention and health needs and organize numerous activities and networking opportunities.
