You will study all the essential notions necessary for the exercise of functions related to production, quality, research and development in the food industry.

You will address issues related to the product (ingredients and additives, packaging, chemical and bacteriological risks, etc.), the process (food process engineering, cold production, etc.) and the organization of production (flow management, industrial management, design and layout of premises, etc.).

The teaching is based on several applied projects concerning the formulation and production of an agri-food product and the design or reorganization of an industrial site.
