Thierry Aussenac and Jean-Pierre Gadonna, respectively Director of the Processing & Agro-Resources unit and Director of Research Valorization at UniLaSalle, and Jean Paulic, Chairman and General Manager of Paulic Meunerie, a flour mill located in Saint-Gérand, in the Morbihan region of France, led a workshop on Friday, January 22nd at the first edition of the Ecole d'Hiver de la Valo.

This online event organized by the C.U.R.I.E. Network, a national organization with a mission to promote, develop and professionalize the transfer of technology, know-how and skills, had as its central question "How to define a policy of prizes for the valorization of public research? ».

For two hours, our speakers explained the key success factors of a lasting and successful partnership between a major polytechnic school and a dynamic and innovative SME in the field of the manufacture of high quality flours based on a mastered Lasallian know-how in the use of ozone.

This strong partnership has been growing for more than 10 years and is helping our two structures to progress in their respective fields.
