The challenges of international trade in agriculture and agri-food
The International trade for Ag & Food course focuses on the performance of companies in the agricultural and agri-food sector, whether national or international, SME or SMI, private or public sector.
It will allow you to:
- Analyze markets and learn to use financial instruments, control purchases and develop import/export
- Understand and organize data flows and manage a sustainable supply chain
- Design and implement a digital marketing campaign and web marketing strategy

Semester 7 - Ag and Food markets in the world
Major Ag and Food markets in the world
Aims at preparing you for the challenges of agricultural and agrifood markets. You will analyze the markets and learn how to use financial instruments , how to control purchases and to develop import / export.

Minors
Each semester includes 2 blocks dedicated to minors, corresponding to 54 hours of complementary courses that allow students to complete their training in a related field.
Several minors are offered on the Rennes and Beauvais campuses, some of which require on-site visits (the others can be taken by distance learning).

Block 1: Connected Health / Global Environmental Issues / Bioeconomy and societal issues / Supply chain management / Automated data processing : Python programming and numerical methods, Python and advanced methods / Scientific approach - Research - Beginner

Semester 8 - Management & Supply chain
Management & Supply chain major
Provide skills to understand and organise data flows within companies ; in depth understanding the organisation and management of a sustainable supply chain

Minors
Each semester includes 2 blocks dedicated to minors, corresponding to 54 hours of complementary courses that allow students to complete their training in a related field.
Several minors are offered on the Rennes and Beauvais campuses, some of which require on-site visits (the others can be taken at a distance).

Block 1: Predictive Microbiology and Product Life Span / Popularize Science - Research / Entrepreneurship / Sales Techniques and Commercial Relations / Project Management: From Predictive to Agile / International trade and competitiveness in agricultural markets
Block 2: Impact of agricultural practices on the quality of processed products / Marketing decisions and actions / Knowledge of French viticulture and viniculture - specificities of business management in the wine sector / Immersive entrepreneurship and design thinking / Evaluating and anticipating the impacts of human activities on territories using modeling approaches / Innovative packaging
Semester 9 - "A la carte" major
In semester 9, you can choose to follow the path of your choice by selecting one of the following
- the main major of the International Trade for Ag and Food program, which focuses on this field: Ag and Food Business models
- one or more opening majors, designed to broaden your skills in another field:
- Ag and Food Data management (Master of Science courses - Rouen campus)
- Agri-food Marketing and Innovation (lessons from the Specialized Master's program - Rouen campus)
- Intrapreneurship, entrepreneurship and innovation (Beauvais campus)
- a semester, a double degree or a degree-granting stay in France or abroad (from 12 to 18 months for a double degree or a degree-granting stay)
Sesmester 10 - End of Study Internship
The end-of-studies project is based on an internship in a company or a research internship for students, or on the long period in a company for students following an apprenticeship program.
It leads to the writing of a thesis and an oral presentation.
