The profits made during the Gala evening will fund awareness campaigns promoting blood, platelet, and plasma donation.
On Monday, November 3, 2025, the check presentation ceremony for the 74th Nuit de l'Institut was held, organized by 83 students from UniLaSalle Beauvais. After more than a year of work, the student team was proud to present a check for €30,000 to the association Les Emplaqués, which works to raise awareness about blood, plasma, and platelet donation.
This donation is the result of a collective commitment by the students, but also by the entire Lasallian community, which has been mobilized around several key events throughout the past year:
- the Voies Royales de Saint-Denis charity race, in which 11 Lasallian students participated at the Stade de France;
- an awareness-raising conference on blood donation;
- and, of course, the gala evening, which brought together nearly 3,000 participants, including volunteers from Les Emplaqués.
“Donating blood is truly a superpower and can save lives,” said Émilie Bureau, president of the 74th Nuit de l'Institut, moved and proud of her team's achievements.

“More than 3,000 children will be able to learn about blood and platelet donation.”
Axelle Marnat, a volunteer with Les Emplaqués who was present at the check presentation, praised the students' exceptional commitment:
"Organizing a gala for 3,000 people is a huge undertaking! What you have accomplished will serve you well throughout your lives. You are now natural ambassadors for blood donation!“
The money raised will enable the association to strengthen its presence at sporting events and intensify its activities in schools.
”With €30,000, we will be able to raise awareness among more than 3,000 children from the second grade onwards."
La Nuit de l’Institut, a student association promoting solidarity
The oldest of the Lasallian associations, La Nuit de l’Institut has been organizing the school’s gala every year for the past 75 years, a major event in student life that brings together nearly 3,000 participants.
Beyond the party, La Nuit de l'Institut is committed to supporting a charitable cause each year: part of the proceeds from the gala are donated to an association chosen by the students. This project mobilizes an entirely volunteer team, which works for several months to organize the event.
It is a fine illustration of the Lasallian spirit: commitment, solidarity, and pushing oneself to excel.
