On Saturday, April 11, the Beauvais campus buzzed with excitement for one of the most anticipated events of the academic year. In front of nearly 1,800 people who had come to cheer them on, 576 students officially received their UniLaSalle engineering or bachelor’s degrees, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of a new adventure.

Every year, the Graduation Ceremony is a special occasion. Not only because it officially marks the end of an educational journey, but because it brings together in one place everything that makes UniLaSalle Beauvais what it is: dedicated students, proud families, committed professionals, and a growing community. The 2025 ceremony was no exception; in fact, it surpassed all expectations.

A day to remember

There are days that stay with you for a long time. Graduation is one of them. This Saturday, families, friends, teachers, and professionals gathered on campus to celebrate together five years of hard work, connections, and learning. A ceremony that embodies much more than just a diploma: the pride of a journey well-traveled, the warmth of a close-knit community, and the excitement of what lies ahead.

On stage, the smiles spoke volumes. In the audience, the emotion did too. This Class of 2025, forged through semesters, projects, internships, and years of work-study programs, truly deserved a celebration that matched their dedication.

576 graduates, five specializations, one school

The Class of 2025 reflects the breadth of programs offered at UniLaSalle Beauvais. Among the 576 graduates548 engineers and 28 bachelor’s degree holders —, each brings with them expertise shaped by the major programs that define the school’s identity: 249 graduates in Agriculture, 215 in Food & Health, 82 in Geology, 17 in the Bachelor’s in Geology & Environment, and 13 in the AgriTEN Bachelor’s program.

Another striking feature of this graduating class is its diversity. 22 nationalities are represented, reflecting an international appeal that continues to grow. In terms of gender parity, women account for 56% of engineering graduates—a reality that defies common perceptions of engineering schools, and one of which the school is proud. And 59% of graduates completed their studies through apprenticeship or professional training contracts, building their expertise directly within companies. This practical, real-world approach to education is a hallmark of UniLaSalle Beauvais.

Mentors who embody these professions

To support this graduating class as they complete their final stages of training, six prominent figures from their respective fields have agreed to serve as mentors: a significant gesture that speaks volumes about the relationship UniLaSalle maintains with the professional world.

Pierre Ruckebusch, Training Manager at Lemken, served as the sponsor for the AgriTEN bachelor’s degree program. Patrice Desourtheau, Technical and Innovation Manager at Ginger CEBTP, served as the sponsor for the Geosciences bachelor’s degree program. On the engineering side, Christiane Lambert, President of the FNSEA, was present to sponsor the Agronomy graduates—a figure who made a point of being there in person to mark the occasion. Pierre Lavina, Geologist and Curator of Geopatrimony, sponsored the Geology engineers. And Éléonore Bouxin, Global Marketing Manager at UPSA, served as the sponsor for the Food & Health engineers—she herself having earned her engineering degree from UniLaSalle Beauvais in 2013, on this very campus.

Different paths, a shared conviction: that UniLaSalle engineers and bachelor’s degree holders are ready to take their place in the world.

A ceremony supported by the whole campus

A day like this doesn’t happen on its own. Behind the scenes, 28 students and 10 staff members coordinated every detail of the event, supported by more than 320 volunteers who pitched in throughout the day. Three student organizations also contributed their energy to the celebration: AGE UniLaSalle, Com’Studio, and Com’Sono. To all of them, a huge thank you.

This class also includes 80% of students who have been actively involved in campus student organizations during their time here, and 11% who have received support from the disability services office—proof that UniLaSalle is committed to creating inclusive pathways for everyone. These behind-the-scenes efforts, both personal and collective, are an integral part of what the school is all about.

Welcome to the community

Wherever you go, whatever you do, you carry with you something that comes from this campus, from these years, from these encounters.
