UniLaSalle presents its new 2024-2025 activity report, focusing on ecological and societal transformation.
This edition highlights a year marked by innovation, student engagement, and the rollout of concrete projects in line with the Uni4change strategy.
Campuses driving the transition
The year was marked by the rise of student and community initiatives promoting reuse, biodiversity, and sustainable food.
More than 120 external stakeholders were mobilized, strengthening the regional roots of the Amiens, Beauvais, Rennes, and Rouen campuses.
Training change agents
75% of teaching units now incorporate SD-ES (sustainable development - ecological and societal transformation) issues, while a dedicated training program has been launched for all employees to create a shared culture of transition.
Students participating in the Butterfly 2050 competition also won the Grand Prix de l'Innovation for their vision of the food of the future.
Impactful projects for the Sustainable Development Goals
Seventeen research or innovation projects have been launched, including the creation of an international UNESCO Chair dedicated to soils and biodiversity, as well as a scenographic agroecology trail on the Beauvais campus.
Exemplary campuses
Rennes trialed a temporary recycling center that saved 21 tons of items, and Beauvais identified 349 species during a Bioblitz, reinforcing the school's commitment to biodiversity.
A mobilized community
Students and associations have stepped up their solidarity and responsible actions: fair trade, Eco-Fest events, GoLaSalle4SD projects, and the participation of 19 people with disabilities in Duo Day.
