UniLaSalle obtains the “Best Employer Experience 2025” label and appears in the Top 10 engineering schools.
This survey is conducted among companies hosting UniLaSalle interns and apprentices so that they can freely express their feelings in four main areas:
- the quality of teaching,
- intern/work-study student satisfaction,
- employer recognition of the school,
- and CSR approach & positive impact.
UniLaSalle is included in the ranking and has been awarded the Best Employer Experience – Happiness Barometer 2025 label thanks to an overall score of 3.96/5.
The survey reveals that 88% of recruiters and tutors are satisfied with their UniLaSalle interns or work-study students.

The professionalism of UniLaSalle students highlighted by 83% of tutors and recruiters
One of the main sources of satisfaction for companies is the quality of teaching and support received by UniLaSalle students. In fact, 78% of companies say that UniLaSalle meets their expectations in terms of follow-up, and 78% believe that students are well prepared for the professional world. This satisfaction expressed by companies is the result of close ties with businesses and a total consideration of their needs and expectations.
UniLaSalle also stands out for its CSR approach, with 82% of companies surveyed believing that students are well prepared to adopt behaviors that will have a positive impact on the world of tomorrow. This view is shared by 91.3% of students who said in the Happy At School 2024 survey that they felt well prepared to make commitments that will have a positive impact.

Speak & Act awards labels to companies and schools that offer the best experience to employees, interns/work-study students, candidates, and students, in order to guide them toward the ideal employer and school.
The “Best Employer Experience - Happiness Barometer” ranking and CSR label identify the schools preferred by recruiters and professionals, and highlight the schools and universities with the best reputation among companies.
This label is based exclusively on the opinions of recruiters and tutors, apprenticeship supervisors, and work-study program supervisors. Opinions are collected via an anonymous questionnaire, ensuring impartiality and independence. During 2023 and 2024, recruiters and professionals assessed their level of satisfaction according to various criteria, such as academic excellence, the school's reputation, satisfaction with the level of students graduating from the school, and their willingness to recommend the school to their professional network.
