Where did you go and what did you do there?

I am in Sweden, in Svenshogen (60km north of Gothenburg). I work in a small "organic" farm. My missions are to harvest the productions, and prepare the next season.

Why did you choose this country more than any other?

I plan to move to Sweden after my studies, so I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to discover this country.

What did you learn during your stay at go LaSalle?

I learned mainly how a permaculture farm works.

How will this help you in your professional life?

It can be useful in my professional life because I believe that permaculture is the future of agronomy (to limit the environmental impact of this sector). Thus, any knowledge on this subject is beneficial.

Did you encounter any difficulties during your stay?

Yes, difficulties mainly related to life rather than to the course. We were indeed 5 or 6 people living in the same house, which was sometimes difficult.

What is your best memory?

Snow in November 😊 (turned into a nightmare 2 days later when I had to shovel the property...)

Any advice for future 3rd years who will be in your shoes next year?

I don't know if future 3rd years will have the same mobility as us (disrupted because of Covid), but if they do, try to get as much advance notice as possible (including scholarships). And also try to do some sightseeing if you have time 😉
