February 6, 1995 marked a major turning point for UniLaSalle Amiens, then known as ESIEE Amiens, with the official inauguration of its engineering training building.

This structuring project, conceived in response to the growing need for engineering training, reflects the company's determination to provide students with a modern learning environment adapted to technological change.

The ceremony took place in the presence of Simone Veil and Édouard Balladur, two emblematic figures who underlined the importance of training engineers capable of anticipating and accompanying major industrial and societal transformations.

Since its opening, the school has established itself as a training center in tune with the challenges of digital technology and energy.

Thanks to infrastructures dedicated to experimentation and real-life situations, it has welcomed classes of engineers driven by the same ambition: to design, innovate and meet the needs of the professional world.

30 years later, an evolving campus

Three decades after its inauguration, this building remains a central feature of the campus, bearing witness to changes in teaching methods and students' new aspirations.

Today, UniLaSalle Amiens is pursuing this dynamic with structuring projects such as the construction of a student residence and the development of new teaching spaces, always with the aim of accompanying technological and environmental transitions.

This anniversary is an opportunity to remember where we come from and to look to the future. For while tools and professions may evolve, our school's mission remains the same: to train responsible engineers committed to the world of tomorrow.
