The graduation ceremony was held on Saturday, April 5, in an Agora transformed for the occasion, to welcome the 627 graduating students and their families. A highlight, marked by gratitude, sharing and emotion.

A memorable ceremony for the class of 2024

They were 627 to take flight. Gathered to celebrate the end of their journey at UniLaSalle Beauvais, the graduates of the class of 2024 were honored at an official ceremony marked by several institutional and symbolic speeches.

“A graduating class that will go down in history, with 627 graduates,” said Valérie Leroux, Deputy CEO of UniLaSalle and Director of the Rouen campus, as she opened the ceremony.

A significant figure, reflecting the vitality of the courses offered on campus and the students' commitment to demanding and exciting courses.

Varied courses and committed sponsors

Coming from five different courses, the graduates were warmly congratulated by Philippe Choquet, general manager, Valérie Leroux, as well as by the teaching teams, representatives of the La Salle network, Alumni, and the class sponsors.

Loïc Letierce, president of Vendea, accompanied the future agronomy and agro-industry engineers. Mélissa Bertin, co-founder of BellyCare, was present for the agri-food and health graduates.

Alexandre Gaschen, geologist at TotalEnergies, shared an inspiring message with the Geology and Environment bachelors, while Simon Ritz, Market Manager at AGCO, offered his encouragement to the very first graduating class of the Agriten bachelor.

In his speech, Sébastien Windsor, president of UniLaSalle, encouraged the young graduates to take full charge of their future:

“You can be proud of what you have learned. Be the agents of change, be the agents of successful change.”

Frère Jacques d'Huiteau, in charge of supervision for the higher education establishments of the La Salle network, recalled the human and spiritual significance of this moment:

“This degree carries dreams and promises. It has the power to create a better world.”

Present to represent the Communauté d'agglomération du Beauvaisis, Lionel Chiss, delegated community councillor and first deputy in charge of finance for the city of Beauvais, praised the importance of UniLaSalle in the region:

“It's a source of pride to have a school like UniLaSalle in our region!”

A community united in celebrating success

Among the notable speeches, the address by the general management, the messages from the institutional representatives and the speech by Anna Corcessin, president of the graduates of the class of 2024, set the tone for a ceremony characterized by commitment and transmission.

"The ties with UniLaSalle do not end. UniLaSalle one day, UniLaSalle forever." These words of Valérie Leroux resonated throughout the day.

Now graduates, former students join the UniLaSalle Alumni network, an active collective of several thousand professionals in France and abroad. A new stage is opening up for them, full of opportunities, exchanges and an unbreakable bond with their school.
