On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, Choose my Company unveiled its “Focus Women” ranking, which highlights the higher education institutions in which female students are the most engaged. This ranking, based on the questionnaire for the “Happy at School 2024” ranking, is based on the satisfaction rate of UniLaSalle students compared to students from other engineering schools.
With 49.1% of its student body made up of girls, UniLaSalle is positioned as a leading engineering school on the issue of gender equality. This commitment is confirmed by the 4th place obtained by UniLaSalle in the Happy at School - “Focus Women” ranking, with a satisfaction rate 3.8 points higher than the average.
90.7% of Lasallian students have confidence in the future
The “Focus Women” ranking reveals that UniLaSalle students have more confidence in the future than the average, with a figure 4.4 points higher than other engineering schools. This confidence is also reflected in the employability satisfaction rate, which is 4.2 points higher than the average.
On this point, UniLaSalle can indeed count on the strength of an Alumni network of 24,000 graduates and the work of the Career Center, which supports each student in finding their professional path on our 4 campuses.
CSR policy and Lasallian student life are popular
The differences are even greater on the sustainable development criteria (90.2% satisfaction, +9.1 points compared to the average), which include both environmental issues and inclusion. These excellent figures are the result of the strong momentum driven by Uni4Change, UniLaSalle's CSR policy.
Finally, with a satisfaction rate of 93.8% and a rate 15.9 points higher than the average, student life is highly rated by UniLaSalle students. The quality of the student experience, which includes participation in student associations, is indeed at the heart of UniLaSalle's teaching methods.
