A day to discover the agricultural heritage of UniLaSalle.

On the occasion of the National Agriculture Days, UniLaSalle and the AgroTeam student association invite you to discover the Lasallian agricultural heritage by visiting the Ferme du Bois, the farm dedicated to teaching agricultural practices, on Saturday, June 19, 2021, starting at 10:00 am. (By reservation only)


A real teaching aid for engineering students in agronomy and agro-industry, the Ferme du Bois is used as a framework for application work, and to confront in real conditions the various problems inherent to the profession of farmer.

The farm is also a place for research and experimentation in the fields of animal husbandry or cultivation in open fields or micro plots.

 

Program

Visit of the dairy workshop

  • Sessions at 10am and 2:30pm

Children's workshop : 4 - 10 years old (on reservation)

  • Sessions at 10am and 2:30pm

Outdoor exhibition for those who have participated in the visit or in the children's workshop.

Tractor tour on request for those who have participated in the visit/children's workshop:

  • Sessions at 11:30am, 12:30pm, 4pm and 5pm

About the National Agriculture Days


Organized by Make.org Foundation and #Agridemain and with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, this first edition of the National Agriculture Days offers to discover the agricultural and food heritage, by visiting production sites, agricultural education, experimentation, research and processing sites.
On June 18, 19 and 20, 2021, all the farms in France will offer the general public the opportunity to discover this profession.
