Yet another proof that UniLaSalle's dynamic excellence in the fields of Earth, life and environmental sciences is recognized by companies, three UniLaSalle programs have made it onto the podium of the best programs on the Eduniversal 2021 list:

  • 1st of the best bachelor's degrees in environment and sustainable development,
  • 2nd of the engineering school programs specialized in agriculture-agronomy,
  • 3rd in the programs of engineering schools specializing in environment-development.

Since 2009, the Eduniversal ranking measures the degree of expertise of a program and the training capacity of a school or university through an evaluation based on the three relevant criteria :

  • The notoriety of the training evaluated by the recognition of recruiters;
  • The quality of the placement at the end of school, measured by the exit salary and the continuation of studies;
  • The satisfaction of young graduates as determined by an Eduniversal survey.

These three distinctions demonstrate the demand for quality training in a framework that promotes the well-being of individuals during their studies.

This year, UniLaSalle's "Environment and Sustainable Development" Bachelor's degree confirms its constant progression by ranking first after two consecutive years in second place. A unique program at this level, it combines the scientific and technical approach to the environment with the development of economic and social management skills.

Classement Eduniversal 2021 - Meilleurs Bachelors en Environnement

According to Thierry Henrion, head of UniLaSalle's Bachelor's degree in Environment & Sustainable Development: "The rise in environmental concerns among citizens and consumers is having a profound impact on companies and local authorities. With these changes, companies' needs for employees capable of making the ecological, economic and digital transitions are evolving. Opting for a Bachelor's degree in Environment and Sustainable Development means opting for a professional training program that trains operational and multi-skilled profiles (environmental, social, economic, scientific, etc.) capable of offering continuous improvement solutions and optimizing the activities of economic players (companies, local authorities, associations, NGOs) from an environmental and social point of view. »

Although UniLaSalle is a post-baccalaureate recruitment training, the quality of the training and the placement at the end of the school year allows it to integrate the podium of post-prep courses (AgroParisTech, ENSAT Toulouse, ENSAIA Nancy, Montpellier SupAgro, Bordeaux Sciences Agro), a gain of two places compared to last year. The engineering training in Agronomy and Agro-industries present on the Beauvais and Rouen campuses is accessible under student or apprentice status as well as through continuing education.

Classement Eduniversal - Ingénieur en Agronomie et Agro-industries

According to Marc Legras, director of the "Agronomy and Agro-Industries" engineering program on the Rouen campus: "The way in which companies in the agricultural world are taking on the challenges of Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility - in production, processing and services - is leading to a change in the need for skills in these sectors. As part of UniLaSalle's "Agronomy and Agro-industries" engineering program, multidisciplinarity and the central and permanent questioning of sustainability assessment (whatever the production or transformation system), give our engineering profiles a particular agility to propose solutions to companies in the face of current transitions. »

For those who want to pursue an international career, this program exists in a 100% English version from the first year after graduation: i-SAFE.

UniLaSalle integrates the podium of post-prep courses thanks to a gain of two places compared to last year. The pedagogical choice is resolutely turned towards early practical application thanks to internships in companies and role-playing during the first two years of the postbac curriculum. It should be noted that, at the start of the September 2021 academic year, environmental engineering training will also be accessible through apprenticeships, thus improving access to employment.

Classement Eduniversal - Ingénieur en Génie de l'environnement

According to Catherine Ricordel, director of the environmental engineering training program in Rennes, "training in environmental engineering means wanting to participate in the ecological and energy transition to fight against the imbalance of biodiversity, climate change and the preservation of resources. It means wanting to understand the challenges facing society, organizations and territories in order to better respond to them. It means wanting to acquire technical, human and managerial skills to rethink the way we produce in order to reduce the environmental impacts of human activities by preventing, managing and treating water, air and soil pollution and developing the circular economy. Environmental engineering leads to professions related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) but also to professions related to energy, buildings and mobility. »
