In a series of videos produced by Thotis, a digital media outlet dedicated to career guidance, UniLaSalle invites you to step into the shoes of engineering students for a day.

In this third episode, we invite you to follow in the footsteps of Anaïs, an environmental engineering student.

After obtaining her high school diploma, Anaïs enrolled in the integrated preparatory program in Earth, Life, and Environmental Sciences at UniLaSalle Rennes. These two years allowed her to calmly reflect on the next steps in her career.

Now in her fourth year, she hopes to develop her skills in biodiversity preservation next year as part of her “Energy Transition and Renewable Energies” program.

In this video, she introduces us to the diverse learning formats offered at UniLaSalle Rennes. We first follow her to an energy efficiency class, where she will be conducting audits. After a quick presentation of the rich student life on campus, Anaïs takes us to a wind farm in the afternoon to learn about the regulatory aspects and management of this type of infrastructure.

What does she like about UniLaSalle Rennes? The emphasis on practical experience, particularly through the labs and EkoLab, which allow her to work independently or in groups on educational projects.
